Support & Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

- Emergency outage: We prioritise outages and aim to respond ASAP; emergency fixes may incur a one-off fee if outside plan scope.
- Billing & cancellation: Month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.
Examples of “small fixes” covered in plan time

- Replace or resize 1–2 images.
- Fix a broken link or contact form field.
- Adjust a button link or update opening hours.
Examples that are NOT small fixes: major layout redesigns, new functionality (shop, booking systems), bulk product imports, or full site migrations.
FAQs
Is hosting included?
No. Maintenance is separate from hosting. We can maintain sites on your current host or provide managed hosting as an optional paid service.
Do you handle hacked sites?
Yes. If your site is compromised we’ll clean malware and restore from a clean backup; emergency cleanup may incur an extra fee depending on severity.
Can I upgrade or pause my plan?
Yes — upgrade, pause or cancel with 30 days’ notice. Upgrades apply immediately (billing prorated).
Do you create content or manage marketing?
Content writing and marketing (ads, SEO, campaigns) are separate services and will be quoted individually.
